Modern "Linotype" by Laser-Engraver

In this night I've been frustrated, because I've had problems with engraving a half-tone-clicheé in ply-wood.
To end this night with success, I tried to engrave simple black/white letters for a letterpress-print.
The font "Mesquite" is not my favorite, but it has some small details.
The result was brilliant, as you can see.
For printing I use the Mini.Halfewood-Press.

The screen with the text written in "Mesquite".
The 3W Mini-Laser-Engraver (max. engraving-size: 8 x 7.5 cm).
The engraved ply-wood.
...after sanding down (with 800er)
The relief.
The original-text.

The Print, Original size: 4.3 cm!!!
